According to this Decree the food-chain safety and animal health directorate, the plant and soil protection directorate, the forestry directorate and the agricultural directorate shall act as organs of the capital and county level agricultural government offices. This Decree determines in detailes which other authorities are involved in the administration of each specific matter.
