This Decree amends Decree No. 30/98 (establishing a reclassification of the Natural Reserve of 'Berlengas') and establishes prohibited activities in order to protect aquatic species within the aforesaid natural reserve (such as prohibition: of the use of car and recreational boats from 1 February to 1 July; underwater fishing, 'Epinephelus marginatus' catching and algae collecting).
