This Decree lists veterinary supervision officials entitled with plenary powers of drafting reports on administrative offences, related to technical state of agricultural machinery and equipment, and validates form sheets of report on administrative offences (Annex 1), resolution on application of disciplinary action (administrative penalty) (Annex 2) and injunction order of technical supervision body subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (Annex 3).
