Decree No. 337 of 2002 concerning arrangements for the Fauna Fund.

This Decree provides contributions for the Fauna and Flora Fund established by the Fauna and Flora Act. The Fund shall finance measures for the prevention and compensation of damages caused by animals. As "animals" is understood those animals indicated by article 4, first comma (A and B) of the Fauna and Flora Act. The Fund shall be financed by revenues of fees charged for the issue of specified hunting permits.
