This Decree establishes the modalities of issuance of permits for hunting and capture of non-commercial wild fauna species, introduction of alien wild fauna species and reintroduction (repopulation) of wild fauna species. The authorized state institution for issuance, upon submittal of application contained in the Annex 1 and in the Annex 2, of the aforesaid permits shall be the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development.
