This Decree establishes the procedures for the coordination of work in protection zones of stationary monitoring points of state hydrometeorological observations. Landowners, land tenants and other nature managers must inform competent hydrometeorological body of time period and type of projected work. Information note shall be subject to registration, examination and issuance refusal of authorization for performance of work.
