This Decree establishes the modalities and cases of issuance and cancellation by State Construction Service of reliability certificates for waterworks pertaining to hydroelectric power stations to be complied with in order to perform inspections of the state of waterworks. Reliability certificate attests validation and application of program of reliability of waterworks reliability program by the owners of hydroelectric power stations.
