This Decree establishes the modalities of performance, organization and control of licensed fisheries. It shall be applicable to territorial sea, EEZ and inland waters of the Latvia Republic, including waterbodies granted on lease and private waterbodies, except for waterbodies used exclusively for fishfarming purposes.
