This Decree establishes that criteria of classification of rare and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species shall be grouped in four categories and that the wording “stable reduction of the population over the last 10 years” shall be transformed into “annual stable reduction of the population over the last 10 years or over three past generations (out of two cases shall be taken into consideration the longest time slot)”.
