Decree No. 370 of 2006 relative to maximum quotas in the catching of minke whales in 2006.

This Decree prescribes quota-calculation factors for single vessels for purposes of articles 4 and 8 of Decree No. 353 of 2006 to regulate hunting for minke whales in 2006. The factor for the calculation of quotas depends upon the group of participation (classified according to the length of vessel) and the hunting area.
