This Decree establishes the modalities of projecting, installation, compliance assessment of storage facilities for storage of inflammable, explosive and hazardous substances and supervision over trade thereof with a view of preventing risks for human life, health and environment. It shall be applicable to radioactive substances and equipment, oil and gas storage facilities. The aforesaid facilities must ensure safe storage of hazardous substances for the whole projected period of service.
