Decree No. 377 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating Requirements for quality, classification and labelling of sugar of different types.

This Decree establishes quality requirements, classification and labelling of sugar of different types. It shall not be applicable to ice-glazed sugar, coarse-granulated sugar and granular sugar. All types of sugar shall be labelled in accordance with legislative acts applicable to foodstuffs. The wording “sugar” shall be mandatory on labels.
