This Decree establishes the modalities of application of preferential terms for payment of taxes and tax reduction related to environmental fees to enterprises performing voluntary recycling of packaging materials. The amount of preferential terms of payment or tax reduction shall not be higher than the amount of investment of the enterprise in in voluntary recycling of packaging materials.
