Decree No. 38/01 modifying the concession of extraction and exploitation activities entitled to S.A.R.L. (Angolan Company of Mining Development).

This Decree is composed of four articles and one Annex. It extinguishes the concession rights entitled to S.A.R.L. according to Decree 22/95 of 25 August 1995 and concedes diamond’s extraction and exploitation rights in the area defined in the annexed map.
