This Decree creates the National Institution for the Coordination of Environmental Disasters (INGC), under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, entitled to prevent natural disasters and to assist eventually injured people and infrustructures. It consists of 5 chapters establishing composition, duties and competencies of the aforementioned environmental Institution.
