Decree No. 39/2000 creating the Environmental Fund (FUNAB).

This Decree creates the Environmental Fund (FUNAB), whose purposes are the promotion and development of actions oriented to a sustainable exploitation of the environmental sector. FUNAB is a fund, under the Ministry of Environment, entitled to grant the aforementioned financial assistance. Composition, duties and competencies of this Fund are specified in the text.
