Decree No. 397 of 1999 to amend the Executive Decree Pollution of Surface Waters in relation with information to be supplied with the application for a permit.

This decree specifies anew all information to be supplied when making an application for the discharge of polluting substances in surface waters. Article 8a concerns notification of other EC member states if a discharge installation may have a harmful effect on the environment of that or those member states.
