This Decree establishes the time periods for reforestation, setting forth some types and conditions therefor and growth conditions of planted forests, criteria for acknowledgment as grown forest plantations and criteria for checking of cultivation of replanted forest species. It envisages that in case of intermediate felling in replanted forests of reforested areas shall be authorized substitution of forest species with forest species listed in the Annex. In the process of checking of replanted
