This Decree establishes the modalities of formation and keeping carbon register, putting in circulation, storage, transfer, trade, cancellation, removal from circulation and bringing forward to subsequent period of carbon units. National carbon register shall be considered national information system administered scientific research unitary enterprise “Belorussian scientific research institution Ecology”.
