The Annex of this Decree provides the list of provisions of the Codex Alimentarius Hungaricus, with reference to European Community regulations, to be applied to foodstuffs produced and marketed in the Republic of Hungary in order to harmonize Hungarian legislation with ECC law, as provided for by Law No. I of 1994, publishing the European Agreement signed on 16 December 1991 in Brussels between Hungary and the Member States of the European Community.
