Decree No. 403 of 2001 to amend the Decree implementing provisions of the Animal Destruction Act.

Amendments are made the principal Decree so as to make possible the cremation of dead horses. By General Administrative Order provisions shall be made for collection, transport and storage of dead horses. Provision shall also be made for a notification system.
