This Decree establishes the modalities of exemption from payment of environmental fees for commodities that are hazardous for environment in case of recycling of waste produced by such commodities. Process of recycling shall include: (a) regeneration of hazardous waste; (b) collection and acceptance of hazardous waste; and (c) information and involvement of hazardous waste into regeneration and recycling process.
