Decree No. 406 on the National Register of enterprises engaged in waste management operations.

Pursuant to article 30 of Legislative Decree No. 22 of 1997 in matter of waste management, the present Decree provides for the setting up of the National Register of enterprises engaged in waste management. Article 8 lists out the activities for which the registration shall be mandatory.
