The Decree provides for coordination of both Coast Guard Force and other forces by appointed Ministries, activities involving patrolling marine waters, preventing sea accidents, protecting aquatic resources and marine environment from pollution, cooperate internationally in planning the protection of aforesaid resources also from oil and gas pollution.
