This Decree, composed of three articles, implements article 71 of Complementary Act No. 7/94 on the Environmental Protection Code. In particular, it rules on the confiscation of animals, instruments, equipment, as well as fauna and flora derived products applicable in the cases of infraction set under the Environmental Code.
