Decree No. 42 of 2003 amending the Decree containing rules relative to management and prevention of damage caused by animals in relation with renewed convalidation of Schedules 1 and 2 of the Decree.

This Decree amends the principal Decree by adding a new provision that prohibits the killing of animals listed in annexes of IV(a) and V(a) of the Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora with so-called "non-selective methods" that can bring about the local extinction or serious disturbance of the population of the species.
