This Decree is composed of 16 articles divided in six chapters. It defines the functions and composition of the National Council for Environment (CNA), an advisory body set up with the view of counselling the government in the assessment, definition and implementation of environmental policy. The Decree details its competences and defines its composition. Moreover, regulates its internal organization and functioning.
