Decree No. 425 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on purchase of energy surplus generated by cogeneration power stations.

This Decree establishes the obligation of licensed energy supply enterprises to purchase energy surplus generated by cogeneration power stations with electric power up to four Megawatt and from cogenerating power stations with capacity exceeding four Megawatt. It contains calculation formulae for applicable rates of tariffs for purchase of energy surplus generated by cogeneration power stations.
