Section III shall be amended to add the following wording: “Radioactive waste forms in the following cases: (a) in the process of operation of the objects of operation of the objects with nuclear cycle; (b) in the process of utilization of radioactive substances and sources of radionuclides in the production, scientific and medical organizations and institutions; (c) in the process of rehabilitation of polluted territory, contaminated by radioactive substances; (d) in case of nuclear disasters;
