Decree No. 432 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on turnover of fuel.

This Decree that fuel shall be intended oil and oil-based products and derivates. It shall regulates, manufacturing, storage and trade of fuel in accordance with special licences (authorization, permit). Licence shall be issued to legal persons; it shall be nominal and non-transferable.
