This Decree approves the Regulation for licensing the concessions of water use. The Regulation, consisting of 9 Chapters, lays down the Definition of terms related with water use and water management (Chap I), specifies all Private and public water uses (Chaps. II and III), Licensing and concession procedures (Chap. IV), Financial issues and taxes (Chap. V), Recognition of existing water use rights (Chap. VI), Water users (Chap. VII) and Sanctions and penalties for illegal water use (Chap. VIII)
