Decree No. 433 of 2006 on transit of fish caught and landed by EU Member States fishing vessels.

This Decree applies to transit in Norway of fish caught by vessels flying the flag of one of the member States of the European Union. It specifies conditions for transit, provides for the approval of agents handling fish and defines the duties of agents. Control shall be carried out by the Food Office of the Directorate of Fisheries.
