This Decree, composed of 12 articles, regulates the Crop Insurance-Fund for family farmers. In particular, it institutes the membership, competences and managing procedures of the Managing Committee for the aforesaid Fund. In addition, the decree establishes the constitutive Fund resources, the beneficiary target population and the procedures for applying.
