Decree No. 442 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending Decree No. 188 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on modalities of evaluation and compensation of damages caused to fishing resources by economic activities.

Item 18 shall be amended to add the following wording: “If natural or legal person compensates by different means damages caused to fishery resources then the total amount of compensation must correspond to the established calculation of damages and complex arrangements envisaged by the conclusions of expertise”.
