These amendments provide for final implementation of the EC Regulations mentioned, in relation to labeling of beef and fishery products, i.e. providing information to the customer regarding characteristics of the labeled product. The competent authority in all Decrees shall be the Food and Goods Authority, and penal provisions are those prescribed by the EC Regulations.
