Maximum 102 vessels flying the flag of Russia shall have access to shrimp fishing in the the territorial waters and inner waters of Svalbard. The total of vessels fishing for shrimp in these waters and the fisheries protection zones around Svalbard combined shall not exceed the number specified above (sect. 1).
