Decree No. 449 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending Regulation No. 323 establishing requirements for incineration of waste and operation of waste incineration plants.

Item 23 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Operator shall ensure that the staff managing and operating waste management equipment be in possession of knowledge and required education and training related to chemical substances and hazardous substances and hazardous waste”.
