This Decree, composed of four articles and one Annex, approves the Regulation on Industrial Licensing. The aim is to establish conditions and procedures for industry licensing. The Decree provides a classification of industrial plants, and establishes a national registry. In particular, it regulates licensing procedures and related bodies.
