Item 107 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Fishing charges for industrial inland fisheries and coastal fisheries shall be collected by the administration of the area to which sphere of competence pertain coastal area or waterbody and of industrial fisheries in coastal marine area by the State Fisheries Administration”.
