Decree No. 454 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on the modalities of control and registration of exposure to radiation of the personnel.

This Decree shall be applicable to personnel constantly operating with the sources of ionizing radiation on sites or territory of the object pertaining to operator or managed thereby. Control of exposure to radiation of the personnel shall be performed either directly with the use of personal radiation dosimeters (individual monitoring of the personnel) or indirectly through control of radioactive pollution of air and soil.
