This Decree establishes the modalities of labelling of foodstuffs circulating on the national territory. Labelling of foodstuffs shall be posted in a visible place; it must be clear and distinctive. Information contained in label shall not mislead the consumers as regards traceability, properties, composition, quantity, expiry period, and place of origin or processing methods of food commodities.
