This Decree repeals Decree No. 5/2001 which disaffected a 22ha abandoned land area from the parcial forest regime of Sao Salvador, belonging to the municipality of Viseu destined to expand the industrial area. If the area is not used in a years period it will be reintegrated in the forestries regime
