It is forbidden to import or place upon the market fish and fish products originating in Bangladesh if the following conditions are not met: the products shall be accompanied by a health certificate made out conform Commission Decision 98/147/EC by the Department of Fisheries- Fish Inspection and Quality Control of the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock of Bangladesh; the products shall come from one of the companies listed in this Decree; all products, except frozen bulk products for canning,
