This Decree contains amends article 6 of Decree No. 632 of 1980, article 2 of Decree No. 602 of 1997 and article 2 of Decree No. 647 of 1998 and other Decrees relating to animals and plants. The amendment in all three Decrees concerns the delegation of regulation making powers of regulatory public institutions for specific sectors.
