This Decree, consisting of 14 articles, establishes competence, composition and functioning of Directive Council for the Fund of Merchant Marine - CDFMM. This Directive Council is under the Ministry of Transport and was created by Law No. 10.893. It aims at administrating the above mentioned Fund and assessing its implementation; financing all activities related to the National policy on Merchant Marine and the industry of Brazilian vessel construction and reparation; designing the annual agenda
