This Decree establishes the modalities of economic management of hazardous industrial waste. Disposal (burial) of non-treated hazardous waste shall be authorized exclusively at dumping sites for hazardous waste. Waste originating from oil processing, such as oil lubricants and industrial oil shall be recycled, incinerated or disposed of under the supervision of the owner.
