This Decree approves the Regulation on commercial activities to be performed by vessels, and other complementary services. The Regulation, composed of 5 Chapters, specifies requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain an authorization to perform any commercial activities led by vessels within the waters under the Mozambican jurisdiction. Rights, obligation, fees and sanctions for illegal activity are appended to the text.
