This Decree is composed of 20 articles. It regulates Law No. 10.849 of 2004 instituting the Programme Supporting the enlargement and modernization of the National Fishing Fleet – Profrota Pesqueira. In particular the Decree regulates the beneficiaries, the funding schemes and the funding conditions. Finally, the Decree details the requirements for submitting the project proposals.
