The scope of this Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture is to control the use of products which have been allowed to be imported for human consumption of fish feed, etc, as feed concentrates for animal farming. It applies to all products listed in Schedule 1 where these products have been imported for another purpose than animal feeding.
