This Decree sets forth zoological and hygienic rules and regulations for keeping and feeding pedigree livestock, pedigree herds, obtaining and storage of sperm, embryos, hatchery eggs, spawn, brood materials and honey-bee colonies. It shall be applicable to cattle, swine, horses, sheep, rabbits, poultry, fishes and apiculture practices. It establishes nutritional rates for each animal species and sets forth qualitative animal reproduction indices.
